Chair of Trustees: Kate Leigh

Kate is a Client Director at Vidett and Head of the Vidett Northern region. She acts as professional trustee across a diverse range of UK pension schemes (from £16m to £1bn in asset size). A qualified solicitor with over 20 years in pensions and 16 years as a trustee, Kate combines legal, in-house, and trustee expertise to deliver pragmatic, collaborative solutions that improve outcomes for all stakeholders. Her particular expertise lies in risk transfer work, scheme governance and member communications.

Trustee: Emma Chamberlain

Emma is an employer nominated Trustee and currently works at London Business School. She joined the School in January 2025, having previously worked at London Business School in 2023. In her role as Reward Manager, Emma supports the School's pension arrangements and contributes to the effective governance and oversight of the schemes.

Trustee: Enid Silverstone

Enid was appointed as a member-nominated trustee during the time she worked at London Business School. After 23 years of working at LBS, Enid retired from the School in 2017 but continues to serve as a Member Nominated Trustee.

Scheme Actuary: John Fitzgerald

John is the Scheme Actuary and relationship manager for the London Business School Pension Scheme. He is a Senior Actuary with 17 years' pensions experience.

Lead Administrator: Cathal Feeley

Cathal is the lead administrator for LBSPS and has regular day-to-day contact with Scheme members. He is a Senior Pensions Administrator with over 25 years’ experience in the pensions industry dealing with both defined benefit and defined contribution schemes. Cathal joined First Actuarial in September 2025 and is committed to the delivery of an efficient administration service to members and Trustees.
