Chair of Trustees: Gerald Wellesley
Gerald acts as Chair of Trustees of the Scheme, representing Vidett, a leading UK professional trustee firm. Gerald has enjoyed a long career in finance and has acted as a trustee in a variety of trustee roles at defined benefit and defined contribution schemes over the past 20 years, the past 7 of which have been spent as a professional trustee.
Trustee: Peter England
Peter has been Director of People Services for London Business School since July 2022 and joined the Trustee board in December 2022. Peter has over 15 years senior HR experience working across Media, Technology, Sport, and Higher Education.
Trustee: Enid Silverstone
Enid was appointed as a member-nominated trustee during the time she worked at London Business School. After 23 years of working at LBS, Enid retired from the School in 2017 but continues to serve as a Member Nominated Trustee.
Scheme Actuary: Catherine Lockyer
Catherine is the Scheme Actuary and relationship manager for LBSPS. She is a partner of the firm and a senior actuary with over 30 years’ pensions experience. Catherine leads our Financial Wellbeing team and her clients in this area include one of the largest firms in the FTSE100.
Lead Administrator: Gabriela Kot
Gabriela is the lead administrator for LBSPS, and has regular day-to-day contact with Scheme members. She is a senior pensions administrator with nearly 10 years’ experience in the pensions industry, having joined First Actuarial in 2020. Gabriela is an organised and hardworking individual. She has a strong focus on quality and an approachable personality, which makes her ideal for dealing effectively with member enquiries.
